Hump Day

Okay, so these activities did not actually happen on a Wednesday, but a camel was involved, hence the title.  On Sunday Damon and Mawmaw took the kids on a little outing to a local church fair downtown.  There was lots to see, as you can probably tell from the enthusiasm on the girls' faces in these next few pictures...

The website advertised that the fair ended at 4, but it actually ended at 3.  The advantage of arriving at 2:45 was that our kids basically had the camel to themselves...
They even got to feed the camel!

Soon it was time for him to get back to his caravan...
So the girls moved on to some sweet miniature horses...

After meeting the animal friends, Daddy decided that the day was too beautiful to cut the fun short, so they visited a local park for some playtime...

This one doesn't stop moving very often...

Watts's great passion in life is climbing up slides the wrong way...

Mawmaw and Daddy also discovered that Watts has an interest in climbing up playground equipment and jumping off the top of it, regardless of whether anyone is waiting to catch him or not...

 Love hurts...
I am pretty sure these moves are inspired by Stella's ballet class...

The kids had a great weekend with Daddy.  As a matter of fact, things went so smoothly, maybe I should make some more travel plans...just kidding!  I missed my munchkins!

2 Times the Fun!

This past weekend I went out of town to attend Tabitha's bridal shower in Malvern, Arkansas.  I guess when the cat's away, the mice will play, because Daddy and his three assistants had plenty of fun while I was gone.  They kicked off the weekend with Reid and Tucker's second birthday party at Party Playground.  The twins have no fear when it comes to inflatables...

Their party theme was Jake and the Neverland Pirates.  How cute is this shirt?  Almost as cute as the sweetie wearing it!
Daredevil!

Even Watts got in on the action...

This picture raises questions in my mind.  Did they really send Watts down that slide ALL BY HIMSELF?!  Daddy?
Tucker was diving off head first...

Slides...fun for the whole family...

The oldest kid at the party...

Uncle Chad attack...
From the look of them, Chad is somewhere nearby...

Told ya...

Is this not the most amazing cake you have ever seen?  Should I feel bad that Lacie's birthday cakes are fancier than our wedding cake?
Cille gave them a little assist there on the candles...

Soon it was time to dig in...
Reid likes to share...
Watts, not so much...

Look at what a big boy he is!
This might be my favorite one of the day...

Happy birthday, Tucker and Reid!  We love You!
