Living the RV Life

A few months back the kids' school had a silent auction fundraiser.  One of the items up for bid was a 7 day luxury RV rental.  I mentioned to Damon that I had always wanted to do an RV trip, and he said he had, too.  By the end of the night, we were the proud winners of the camping showcase.  We checked our calendar and got some suggestions on where we should go, and in August we were off on our first RV adventure...
The kids loved alternately playing and napping in our big rolling living room...
Our final destination was Hot Springs, where we met up with our amazing tour guide, Grandpa Crane.  One of our first stops was the Three Sisters Springs...
Our three sisters stood in front of the springs in the correct order, so 2-1-3...
There's no brother spring but our brother was there, too...

Some history for you...

We waded in the creek at Gulpha Gorge.  It was really fun, but apparently there aren't any photos from it on my phone...

We also checked out the Blakely Dam...

And then headed over to the Arkansas Alligator Farm to visit our cousins...no, not the goats!  The Bridges...

Stella got to hold an alligator...
