Universal Studios, Part 3

Full disclosure here: we rode the Harry Potter train from one Universal park to the other a couple of times and without looking at the map I am not exactly sure which attractions are in which park.  We were somewhere in one of the Universal parks, though, when Damon took Stella to ride the new scary Harry Potter 3-D ride and the little ones and I caught the Dr. Seuss show...
Cille and some Thing...

The Cat in the Hat was cracking Cille up...

Watts and Corinne enjoyed the show but were too shy for pictures.  Once Dad and Stella returned we all rode 1 Fish, 2 Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish together...
Then we went to check out the Jurassic Park area...
Some of our little monkeys loved this part of the park...

She hung up there for a long time while I took pictures...

I mentioned before how hot it was, but check out the sweat lines on these shirts...
As Watts would say, "That is just ba-gusting!"
Poor Damon really got his workout in at Universal...
And in true Pourciau fashion, we shut down the parks every night.  Stella and I actually ended up taking a mile jog at closing time one night when Damon accidentally switched parks without leaving us our tickets.  Damon had to sprint with the jog stroller and the three kids he had all the way from the ET ride back to the front of the park to get us.  Then we sprinted as a family back to ET so Watts could ride the "bicycles" one last time before closing time.  We made it with moments to spare mostly because our 8 year old is a ROCKSTAR!  I was super proud of this tough little distance runner...
We had a great time at Universal in spite of the heat, but just so that I don't forget this part, I would like to add that Universal is not a great park for small kids.  Poor Corinne was too little to participate in most attractions and since she understands what rides are all about, she was NOT HAVING IT.  I think we should postpone any future trips to Universal until we all meet the minimum height requirement.
