If you have been around Stella at all, then you know that she has talked NON-STOP since she learned how, which was pretty early on, in my humble opinion.  Or maybe it just seems like it was early because I have been listening to her incessant color commentary on life ever since it started.  Anywho,  I wanted to share a couple of Stella-isms that I have been enjoying recently.

Every day when I pick her up from "school," the football team at Saint Charles Catholic is practicing across the street.  When she sees them, her face lights up, and she sings, "Who dat? Who dat? Who dat they going to beat them Saints!"  That's right.  She leaves out the "say" so that it sounds as if this rag-tag group of high schoolers is about to put the smack down on the Super Bowl champs.

Stella also LOVES to watch Snow White, and one of her favorite characters is the "Mean Lady," or evil queen, as most of us would know her.  You may have noticed in older blog posts that Stella pretends to be the evil queen by wearing the armrest protectors from the couch on her head.  When she does this, she will gaze into the "Magic" mirror and say, "Mirror, mirror, on the wall.  Who's the fairest maid I ever are?"  The mirror always politely replies, "You are."
